0. General explanations about endgamestudies.
a. What is the GBR-code? This is mainly used for the ordening of endgamestudies based on the material balance.
b. The PGN-standard. This standard is for chessgames and game-positions in a readable format (with e.g. clipboard). But also useful for chessdatabase programs which are able to read this and produce it. There are some useful PGN-Utilities.
c. In paragraph 16.1 there is a special about the FEN-definition. This FEN-definition is interesting for endgamestudies, because with that the starting position of the study is defined.
