Arthur Joseph Wijnans  (Netherlands-Indies/The Netherlands) 1920 - 1945

He was born in 1920 in Padang (now Indonesia).

He played with his father and a younger brother in the first team of DD (The Hague). 

In 1939, he came third in the Dutch championship.

As a student of electrical engineering at the Technical University of Delft, he refused to sign a loyality declaration in May 1943.

He was caught a few months later and transported to Germany.

He was never heard of again, and might have died during an Allied bombardment in 1945.
