He lives in Gdańsk.

He is an International Solving Master of the FIDE (2003),

a national master for chess composition (2022)

and over the board candidate master of the FIDE (2021).

For many years he participated in various solving competitions.

He was a twenty-time medalist of the Polish Championships (five times a champion).

Three times he won medals in the team World Chess Solving Championships

and five times in the team European Chess Solving Championships.

 

He started composing in 1988.

Since then he has composed mainly twomovers and moremovers,

but made also a few threemovers, selfmates, helpmates and endgame studies,

gaining 16 Prizes (4 first ones).

Since 2020 he has run a blog Problemista about chess problems,

where he published an extensive dictionary of chess composition with example problems

and other information about Polish problemists and solvers: https://problemista.eu
